Delphinium x hybrida A true standout among Delphiniums, Red Lark not only sports a unique, electrifying color, but its compact habit means no staking necessary. Breaking the boundaries of Delphiniums’ typical blue palette, Red Lark’s bright coral-red shade is an eye-catcher like no other. In the vase, the long-lasting flower spikes slowly take on an attractive fuchsia blush. The stout, strongly branched plants reach 24-28 inches tall and 16-18 inches wide. Resisting deer and thriving in zones 5a-8b, it blooms from late spring through summer especially when dead-headed for the best show. Use Red Lark in sunny, mid-height borders or as a centerpiece to outstanding container plantings.     

Delphinium plants are shipped in April or May in 3 1/2 inch pots. Order early for best availability. Available only within the contiguous US.
